This is/was a fake antivirus marketed by innovative markeing incorporated,registered in belize.
Company got sued by symantec(norton security) for ads mimicking update alerts from symantec and other security product firms.
Other products being sold by them include winantivirus(looked like microsoft security software) and drivecleaner,(which says your computer has been visiting adult websites.)
